Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before starting a visit.

Is this legitimate?

Yes. SexyGummy connects you with licensed medical providers and a licensed pharmacy. Every visit is reviewed by a licensed provider before any prescription is written, and medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy permitted to ship to your state. No one can buy prescription medication here without that review.

Do I need to see a doctor in person?

No. The entire visit happens online. A licensed provider reviews the medical information you submit and may message you with follow-up questions. If they need an in-person evaluation to treat you safely, they'll tell you.

What does it cost?

Starting a visit is free. You are only charged for treatment if a provider determines it's appropriate and writes a prescription. Specific pricing is shown before you confirm anything — there are no surprise fees, and you can cancel anytime.

Are SexyGummy gummies FDA-approved drugs?

The active ingredients — tadalafil and sildenafil — are long-established, FDA-approved medications. They are prescribed by a licensed provider and prepared by a licensed pharmacy. As with any prescription product, treatment is provided only after a medical review.

How do I choose between Green Monster and Red Cub?

Green Monster (tadalafil) lasts much longer — up to about 36 hours — while Red Cub (sildenafil) is the classic on-demand option lasting about 4 to 6 hours. You can state a preference during your visit, but the reviewing provider makes the final decision on what is prescribed and at what dose.

Which states is SexyGummy available in?

Availability depends on where prescribing coverage is active. You can check your state on the How It Works page or at the start of your visit. We're expanding, so if we're not in your state yet, you can ask to be notified.

Is my information private?

Your health information is handled in line with privacy and HIPAA requirements and is shared only with the provider and pharmacy involved in your care. Shipments arrive in plain, unmarked packaging. See our Privacy & HIPAA notice for details.

When is ED medication not safe?

ED medications must never be taken with nitrate medications, and may not be safe with certain heart conditions or very high or low blood pressure. This is exactly what the provider review checks. Always give a complete and honest medical history. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours.

Important safety information

SexyGummy provides access to prescription ED treatment only through a licensed provider review. ED medications are not suitable for everyone, can interact dangerously with nitrate medications, and do not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting longer than four hours. This site is for general information and is not medical advice.
