These Terms govern your use of the SexyGummy website and platform. SexyGummy is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies. SexyGummy does not itself practice medicine or dispense medication.

1. Not medical advice

Site content is general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. The provider relationship

Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers who exercise their own professional judgment. A provider may decline to prescribe treatment.

3. The pharmacy relationship

Prescriptions are filled by an independent licensed pharmacy.

4. Eligibility

You must be a legal adult and located in a state where services are available.
